Applied
Analysis was engaged by the City of Boulder City (the "City") to
assist in developing the Boulder City Budget Survey (the "Survey").
The Survey was designed to obtain feedback from Boulder City
residents in preparation of the City's Fiscal Year 2006/2007
budgeting process. Inquiries ranged from identifying potential
fundraising techniques to evaluating the public's perceptions of
various departmental functions. Applied Analysis and the City
co-developed the survey instrument, while the City was responsible
for its distribution to nearly 7,000 residents. Over 1,450 responses
were completed and processed by the submittal deadline. The salient
findings from the responses are included in the accompanying report
presented to the City Council on March 15, 2006.
