April 12, 2002 - Brian Gordon uses his skills as a certified public accountant to perform financial analyses for businesses ranging from hopitality companies to high-tech firms. In addition to the financial analysis, Gordon performs economic modeling, financial accountiing and reporting and market analysis for public and private entities.

Gordon has assessed and analyzed financial statements for one of the world's leading software developers, and he prepared startup telecommunications firm for an initial public offering. He also designed and implemented an accounting department to prepare a television and Internet software developer for an initial public offering. He has contributed his accounting skills to numerous debt and equity financing transactions for many of the city's gaming and hospitality companies, with total capital raised in the billions of dollars.

Gordon is also an outsourced chief financial office for an air tour operator with locations in Las Vegas and Hawaii. He carries out senior management responsibilities for the company while overseeing debt negotiations and restructurings, equity financing transactions, periodic financial reporting, economic modeling and other financial and managerial duties.

Gordon is on the board of directors of the Volunteer Center of Southern Nevada, an organization that links potential volunteers with community and charity groups based on volunteers' skills. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and he is active in the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
