Creating
New Ideas:

Wireless Commercial Real Estate Information System

Over the last several months, Jeremy has headed up a
team focused on the development of a wireless commercial
real estate information system compatible with handheld
computer systems such as PalmPilots, Visor and Ipaq
platforms.

Many of our clients are developers, investors, landlords
and appraisers. We thought that an information tool that
would allow them to track inventories, tenants,
absorption, vacancies and lease rates would be of value.
It looks like we were right, the system is currently
being tested by one of our clients. |

Jeremy Aguero is a principal analyst with Applied
Analysis and has been with the firm since its inception
in 1997. His areas of expertise include economic
analysis, operational model development and fiscal
impact analysis.

Jeremy attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas
where he graduated with honors in 1996. During his last
year of undergraduate course work, Jeremy took a
position as an intern/analyst with Coopers & Lybrand,
LLC's (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) Financial Advisory
Services group. After spending eighteen months with
Coopers, he left and began his tenure with Applied
Analysis.

Jeremy's project history demonstrates a wide range of
abilities. He has worked for clients in the private and
public sectors, and undertaken projects of local,
regional and national significance.

Some of his projects include:

The Hospitality Industry's Impact on the State of
Nevada: A Review & Analysis. Jeremy teamed up with
Shannon Bybee, Executive Director of the UNLV
International Gaming Institute, to prepare this report
that was later submitted to the Federal Gaming Impact
Study Commission.

City of Las Vegas Fiscal Impact Analysis: Jeremy
worked as part of a consultant team that modeled
projected development patterns in the City of Las Vegas
and then evaluated the fiscal impact of several
development scenarios.

Bureau of Land Management Land Release Absorption
Analysis: Jeremy prepared the absorption model for a
7,500-acre tract of vacant land on behalf of the Bureau
of Land Management. This analysis was later used by the
BLM and the City of North Las Vegas in developing their
land disposal strategies.

Regional Air Quality Agency Cost Analysis: Jeremy
worked as part of a team charged with evaluating the
costs associated with creating a regional air quality
agency in Southern Nevada. This included an evaluation
of state and federal policy implications, staffing and
space needs, as well as an analysis of funding
alternatives.
In addition to his professional activities, Jeremy is
involved actively in the community. He is currently on
the Board of Advisors for the Nevada Council on Problem
Gambling and has served on the Board of Directors for
the local chapter of Hispanics in Politics.
