On August 7, 2025, Jeremy Aguero delivered a presentation to more than 900 Southern Nevada business leaders at the LVGEA’s Las Vegas Perspective event. His remarks provided an in-depth, data-rich examination of the U.S. and local economies "Through the Economic Lens," structured around three core themes: Economic Foundations, the Current Landscape and the question "Where Do We Go?" Aguero addressed mounting public concern over inflation, housing affordability and economic uncertainty, emphasizing the difference between perception and economic reality. Particular attention was given to the challenges facing Southern Nevada, especially in housing attainability and rental affordability, while also noting the community’s potential for long-term strength. Ultimately, the presentation encouraged data-driven decision-making in a time of heightened volatility and skepticism.
