Using detailed parcel-level development data, we prepared an
absorption analysis for a 7,500-acre tract of land located in North
Las Vegas, Nevada. This study was used by the Bureau of Land
Management and the City of North Las Vegas in formulating their land
disposal strategies.

the Federal Gaming Impact Study Commission.
