Elevated Mass Transit Environmental Impact Analysis Prepared an economic impact statement for the Southern Nevada Regional Transportation Commission for the local government portion of the proposed Las Vegas Monorail Project. This study included a detailed review of existing and future land use conditions for 1/2 and 1/4-mile rings around each proposed monorail station. Existing and future land uses were then translated into jobs, wages and business output. The before and after conditions were compared to identify the project's economic impact.
