Illinois Riverboat Gaming Review and Operational Analysis

Selected as a component of a consultant team to review and analyze the operations of a riverboat casino hotel in Rock Island, Illinois. This project included a report presented to the state's legislature discussing the economic impact factors created dockside gaming versus mandatory cruises for competitive facilities within the Quad Cities.
