Master Planned Community Absorption Study
On multiple occasions, selected as part of the team engaged to
estimate the absorption for a series of villages within a major
master-planned community. This included a detailed review of
economic and demographic conditions and an econometric projection of
both supply and demand. The project was performed as part of the
special improvement / limited improvement district process. |
