Mixed Use Facility Fiscal and Economic Impact Statement

Prepared an economic and fiscal impact statement for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. This project considered the direct and indirect employment, wage and output impacts as well as the potential government revenue impacts generated by the project's construction and its on-going operations.
