Public Agency Cost-Benefit Analysis

Prepared a cost-benefit analysis for the Clark County Regional Flood Control District (the "District") in conjunction with a prominent financial advisory services firm and a national public financial management company. The analysis included a review of the economic, fiscal, and social impacts of the District's projects versus the costs incurred since its inception in 1985. The District's Citizen's Advisory Committee, Technical Committee, Technical Committee, and Board of Directors unanimously approved the analysis. After our presentation to the District's Board of Directors, one of the Board members commented that the presentation represented a model for public accountability.
