Public Agency Feasibility Analysis

Selected as part of the team to review the potential costs and benefits of a new local air quality control agency by the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition. This analysis included a review of existing
operations, staffing, space requirements, funding alternatives, and potential single-agency costs (i.e., the creation of a fund balance).
