Public Agency Funding Alternative Analysis

This analysis required the detailed evaluation of internal and external funding alternatives to fill an anticipated operational "gap." Specifically, our role required that we extract historical transaction and billing data for
more than 50 sources of revenue from more than 20 separate databases, and then aggregate these data into meaningful groups. The analysis also considered the impact of new potential fees.
