Southwest Study Area Absorption Analysis
This analysis reviewed land use absorption for a 23,000-acre portion
of the Las Vegas Valley. The analysis projected development activity
in more than 40 small-area zones within the study area. From that
and related information, the square feet of development, housing
units, school children, population, employment levels and assessed
value were estimated for each small area zone. |
