For more than two decades, Aguero has been a driving force behind Nevada's remarkable growth. Aguero's contributions span industries, from serving as lead staff to the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee, which secured $750 million in public funding for Allegiant Stadium and brought the Las Vegas Raiders to Las Vegas, to playing key roles in private sector initiatives such as the Tesla Gigafactory expansion and the A's stadium development. His impact also includes significant policy work, such as developing Nevada's Pupil-Centered Funding Plan, which paved the way in the largest increase in K-12 funding in state history, and helping craft the Campus for Hope legislation, an innovative public-private partnership aimed at addressing homelessness.
