Meet the Team

Bill Arent is a senior analyst at Applied Analysis. He joined the firm in the second quarter of 2024, after working in economic development roles at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) and the City of Las Vegas. He most recently served as the chief business development officer for LVGEA, leading business attraction and expansion efforts for the greater Las Vegas area.

Bill's work at the City of Las Vegas included leadership roles for the Economic and Urban Development Department and the Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency. He has experience in economic development incentive analysis, redevelopment tax district financing, tourism improvement districts, new markets tax credits, and public-private partnership (P3) deal structuring.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics. He also is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he earned a Master of Public Administration degree. Bill is a Certified Economic Developer recognized by the International Economic Development Council.
